PLACING AN ORDER
We specialize in events for 30 –200 people. Please call for information about smaller or larger groups; we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Once your initial deposit is received, the order is confirmed and the process to deliver the best BBQ has begun. If you change your mind on something, we will work with you to make every reasonable attempt to change your menu item. Please understand, however, we will not be able to guarantee additions and any reductions will be billed to the extent that the food has already been ordered.
For events of 30 or more people, we require a deposit to confirm your event. With the exception of memorial services, menus and attendee counts must be confirmed no later than 1 week prior to the event date.
Deposit amounts are:
25% of quoted charges due upon booking to confirm your event. Your event, as well as the requested date, are not confirmed until receipt of the 25% deposit.
Balance of charges due one day prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy- Catering Events
Should it become necessary for Client to terminate this Agreement, and the event date is greater than thirty (30) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
(b) If Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, Caterer shall be entitled to retain fifty percent (50%) of deposit and seek any additional expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.
(c) If Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Caterer shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
(d) If an Agreement is drawn within five (5) days of the event, Client agrees to pay fifty percent (50%) of total event costs per bid.
Should the event be cancelled by Caterer, Caterer will fully refund any deposit within ten (10) days of the date of cancellation. If event is within thirty (30) days, Caterer will reimburse or pay to Client the invoiced difference in costs and expenses that have been incurred by the Client paid to an alternative provider or providers based upon the total proposal bid. Client shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate damages and obtain substantially similar services. The caters responsibility is limited to items covered in the last accepted proposal by Client. Any additional items are at Client’s expense.
We can provide catering service staff, available upon request, for set up, event service and clean up. A 20% service charge and gratuity will be applied to food totals for all events with staff (delivery fees are waived for full-service events)
Namoe’s will deliver and set up your event for you and leave the rest to you. Delivery fees vary depending on the location and nature of your event. Our staff will arrive at the designated time and set up your event, and items will be delivered in disposable service ware. Aluminum chafing trays with fuel canisters are available for an additional fee.
